When you write during a call, a voice synthesiser will read your message to the listener. - NO EMERGENCY CALLS: Rogervoice cannot process emergency calls or calls to premium-rate numbers. - What are the requirements? You must have a mobile phone number (sign up is by SMS) and a smartphone with a SIM card. You also need a high-bandwidth connection, whether mobile (3G, 4G) or WiFi. - Subscriptions, plans and reimbursement To be able to make calls to people who don't have the Rogervoice application, you must have a Rogervoice subscription which covers the cost of calls.
